This grass is dark green throughout the summer months and goes dormant in the winter.

  • Yes, we cut fresh sod daily to order.

  • No, we recommend finding a trusted landscaper professional with grass removal and installation if needed.

  • No, we recommend a landscape professional. However, some customers prefer to install themselves.

  • We recommend clearing personal items from the yard, marking irrigation lines if known, and ensuring clear access to the delivery area.

  • For the first two weeks, water 2-3 times daily to keep the soil moist; during weeks three to four, reduce frequency and increase length of watering time; after that, transition to a normal watering schedule.

  • Light foot traffic is typically okay after two to three weeks once roots begin to establish, but avoid heavy use early on.

  • Usually after two to three weeks, once the sod is rooted and firmly attached.

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer a warranty past delivery due to unforeseen site issues, improper preparation, and post maintenance. However, we do stand behind our product and provide care instructions for success.
