Turf-Type Tall Fescue
Triblend with Kentucky Bluegrass. A cool-season grass that does well in sun or shade and offers a lush, dark green look year-round. Best results come with adequate moisture, good drainage, and proper fertilization.
Tifway 419 Bermuda
A warm-season grass that thrives in full sun and hot climates. Bermuda stays dark green through the summer and goes dormant during winter months.
